No. Rescroll AI motion graphics are silent visual graphics; your export keeps your original audio. It doesn't generate subtitles, music, sound effects or voiceover.
Does it work on my phone?
Not yet — it runs in Chrome or Edge on a laptop or desktop computer. Film on your phone as usual, then drop the file in on your computer.
